Return Policy

Return Policy

All returns must be approved by the PSR. Customers may not return products unless they have received prior written authorization from the PSR; products returned without prior written authorization from the Company will be prohibited. We have a return policy in place. The return period is 0-7 days from the date of delivery. They must be returned at the customer’s expense and meet the following conditions:

 

• The product must be totally new. No cracks, scratches, dirty or marked, or any other signs of use, for example.
• You must return the product in its original packaging.
• Within 7 days of receiving the product, customers must request a Return Authorization from the PSR.

 

Which Products Are Not Eligible For Returns

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation only before shipment Within 24 hours of purchase, you can easily cancel your order. To cancel your order, send an email to order@psrbiochem.in or call to +91 8287955124 with the details of your order. Cancellation requests made after an order has been sent will be processed on an individual level.

Delivery

The products will be supplied using the methods we choose and will be completed as quickly as possible. You promise not to make any claims as a result of any delays in the delivery of the product. You will be accountable for compensating for any additional expenses incurred if you provide an incorrect address/pin code, resulting in a hazard and delivery delay. In the case of a wrong delivery or logistics error, only unused and boxed products are eligible for exchange.
